These terms outline the operating rules for using the catalog, Playground, packaged products, API keys, and any saved exports that come from the service. They are written to keep expectations clear for self-serve usage as well as higher-touch commercial workflows.

Acceptable use
Use of the service is subject to your plan limits, source-specific licensing constraints, and the requirement that you do not misuse public records or attempt to evade rate limits.
- Do not bypass quotas, access controls, or intended product boundaries
- Do not use exported records in ways prohibited by source licensing or applicable law
- Do not share credentials outside the team or client relationship they were issued for
Accounts, keys, and exports
You are responsible for how API keys, saved exports, and downstream uses of exported data are handled inside your organization or by your clients.
- Rotate keys when staff or contractors change
- Secure local copies of exports and any derivative files
- Review who has access to any integrated apps or automations using the service
Service scope
We work to keep the platform available and the catalog current, but coverage, response formats, and source availability can change as upstream public authorities change their systems.
- Some products depend on third-party public authorities and their uptime
- Commercial plans may include different limits, support, or operational handling
- We may adjust product packaging, pricing, or plan terms as the catalog evolves
